Travel: I am available to fly within the United States for engagements of six hours or longer, and internationally for engagements of twenty-four hours or more.
Deposit Requirements: A deposit of 15% holds the time. Overnights and longer engagements require 25%.
For travel dates, airfare and related arrangements are booked in advance, so those costs are due in full at the time of booking, along with the 25% deposit. Once travel is arranged, those costs are non-refundable.
Cancellations: Plans change. Thoughtful notice is always appreciated, and I am glad to be flexible when it is given. Clear communication makes the rest of the evening simpler.
